Kept freezing-up after 1 week of use

Pros: Looks like it should work great
Cons: But it doesn't. High probability of freezing/not loading DVDs.
This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review: This model, I learned, is basically the same as the Initial IDM-1731. I checked for a review on the Memorex Model MM-7000 before buying it at Sears (~$195), but there was no review. The unit stopped working after about a week. It kept freezing up...

Numerous problems

Pros: Ac adapter included. Operates on battery, car & AC
Cons: CD's would not load. Unit freezes up.
