Not bad considering the price....

Pros: - Price. Price. Price.
- decent with 480i output.
- Acceptable 1080p performance.
- acceptable sound.
Cons: - Ugly. Flat black is so passe.
- Doesn't work with the Dish TV controller.
The Bottom Line: If you need a decent_cheap 40" LCD HDTV, this one_will do the_job for a lot_less than any of the_competition. If you want_snazzy looks, dazzling_blacks and the_crispest, sharpest picture_out_there, forget it.

Review: I got this RCA L40FHD41 at Walmart a week ago as a second TV for the basement for the kids. I didn't expect much considering the price, but I've not been disappointed with it.
