Holy cow! A 24X optical zoom & full auto or full manual operation

Pros: Full auto or full manual in every sense of the word.
Cons: Can't take filters or other lens barrel accessories
The Bottom Line: It's a great camera.  Feature packed but easy to grow into at your own pace.

Coolpix P90 Many Pluses and One Big Minus

Pros: Solidly builtErgonomicLarge bright viewing screen with tilt25x optical zoom12.3 megapixels
Cons: Pictures are less than ideally sharp
The Bottom Line: I rate average because of the less than ideal picture sharpness.  All else would be 5 stars
