Cons: customer service horrible, makes purchase risky

Review: product fine. no complaints except backlight started to blink and could not locate problem. Returned unit with check for replacement. Received RMA number. Check cleared. Product not returned after 8 weeks (promised 2-3 week trunaround). Can't get...
