Pros: Reception, usability syncing, storage GOOD

Cons: No Voice Dial, Bluetooth Echo, Worst customer service experience of my life!!

The Bottom Line: Phone is worth it, Helio Service is something to be avoided at all costs!

Pros: Good Phone. Good functions

Cons: Awful billing and hidden charges.

The Bottom Line: Despite the smart functions of this set i still rank it below average for the annoying billing. Your Hatred for billing will finally overcome your love for it.

As said, hand set is really good.
Blue tooth,3G, CDMA MP3, all work good
dial pad and key pad function makes it much easier to dial a number and write a message...

Review: When i went to the att store to get this phone there were two phones i could get there was the LG xenon or the impression. If you haven't gotten this phone yet i would look at the Samsung impression again. It has a bigger keyboard and its screen...
