Pros: Looks nice and cooks OK when it works

Cons: No reliability, expensive, slow service, no solution to continued problems.

Oh, how I hate this thing

Pros: Can't think of any

Cons: Lots of problems--don't buy any cook-top with a downdraft configuration like this.

Review: When I first bought this cook-top, one of the "hot burner" lights stayed on all the time. Not a huge problem, but annoying. It was under warranty, and got fixed. Now the downdraft knob sticks (no longer under warranty). It is impossible to simmer...

Oh Boy! I question the quality!

Pros: So far it has cooked timely & well. Older is better.

Cons: NEW means cheap. Disappointed.

The Bottom Line: My final recommendation is keep your old cook top. Seems older appliances have better quality.
