Training upload sync speed detection limits does not work well

Pros: i like every thing else like routing

Cons: I had to send it back because it resets my upload speeds

Review: Standard Compliance T1.413
I have 896 upload. the modem when i select t1.413 it dose not hold that setting then when i reboot i only get 600 upload max and i then have to reset T1.413 to get my max 896 upload.
The router functions are fine...
