Excellent Value!!

Pros: 15 bar pump, steam pitcher, large water reservoir, quality shots pulled, bundled instruction DVD, price
Cons: Figuring out the proper grind
The Bottom Line: I definitely recommend this unit based on the price and quality delivered. I would suggest a conical burr grinder as well, avoid the cusinart burr grinder for espresso.

A Very Good Consumer Machine

Pros: Good looks
Produces good espresso
Easy to use
Good build quality for the price
Good water resevoir
Cons: Plastic steam knob
Low clearance for cups
Pressurized portafilter
Drips a bit much
The Bottom Line: A very good consumer machine for the price.  Great for the serious kitchen, but not for the pro, or the home roaster that collects burr grinders.

Pros: Great coffee. Easy to use and clean
Cons: Not reliable. It won't last. Requires coarser grind than you'd expect.
The Bottom Line: Buy it, but expect repeating repair/exchange.
