Coby Boombox, a good value

Pros: Uses D batteries which last long. Easy to operate. Tuner is sensitive.
Cons: No provision for live microphone recording.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: I bought this product to replace a 15 year old Sony cassette radio.
This radio is a good value. The radio is sensitive and the tape recorder/player does a good job of recording the radio I use it as a time switcher with a timer.

Small, inexpensive boombox...

Pros: Cheap. Light weight. Plays/records tapes as well as CD and radio. Remote control too.
Cons: Low power. Tiny speakers. NO tone control adjustments. No digital tuner. Limited Remote capability.
The Bottom Line: Inexpensive entry level boombox. Very portable. Remote comes in handy. Good for non-critical listening.
