Pros: Easily constructed, operated, and cleaned.

Cons: Cheap thermometer, labor-intensive.

The Bottom Line: Buy the Brinkman Gourmet Charcoal Smoker if you prefer perfectly smoked meats at a fair price!

Pros: Very easy to use

Cons: Nothing.

The Bottom Line: If you want a water/bullet smoker, this is a quality item.
