Awful Customer Service

Pros: If the unit is working, it does a good job of maintaining temperature.
Cons: Avanti customer service is non-existent. Rated storage is optimistic. Unit smells bad.
The Bottom Line: The unit emits a chemical odor and is prone to problems. Customer service is non-existent.

Review: The manual lists multiple phone numbers and promises to be there if you need any kind of help with the product. The reality is that they only answer the phone M-F during business hours and can't even tell you where the nearest authorized service...

Poor Warranty Service

Cons: It quit and Avanti will not repair it. Don't make the same mistake I did.

beware Avanti wine chillers can die at 1 year and warranty is NOT honored

Pros: It has a lock on each temperature zone (the only reason I bought it).
Cons: Cheap manufacturing, will have to replace a 1 year old unit with another product now.
The Bottom Line: I would NOT recommend this product because it is of poor quality and therefore has a very short lifetime.
