Athlon XP 2400: Do you want this processor?

Pros: Best in class...

Cons: But the class has been passed by...

The Bottom Line: Trying to extend your PC2100 RAM or motherboard which doesn't support 333MHz FSB? this is the processor. Otherwise step up to the Barton core and PC2700/PC3200 RAM.

GREAT Processor, truly remarkable

Pros: Cheap, fast, and a heavy weight at gaming and office tasks

Cons: older motherboards do not support, even with BIOS flash

The Bottom Line: This is a great processor that is cheaper and outperforms Pentium 4 2.4ghz at most common tasks. BUY THE RETAIL VERSION, NOT OEM for 3 year warranty
