Sony Handycam DCR-VX2100 Mini DV Camcorder

Generally an excellent camera for almost any use. At full zoom - use of tripod stand is a must. Long battery life, quick and easy to shoot with and excellent quality pics, and in auto mode is very forgiving if you tend to shoot towards the sun or with too many shadows in the frame. Slight problem with auto focus at distance, as it takes a long time to work it out. It eventually gets there but sometimes disconcerting when you need to opportunity shoot quickly. (This might be problem with this individual camera - as have not seem other negative comment in this regard.)
Overall very impressive and I use it extensively for TV quality adverts. Has never let me down.
