How relieved am I to have finally found the all in one printer of my dreams!
The Brother MFC-240 is exactly what I wanted. It faxes, copies, prints and scans. My last printer was a Hewett Packard, and although it worked I wanted to upgrade to something better. I did my research and found the MFC-240, and to top it off, it was on sale!

Once I received my all in one I started testing out all the functions. I must say, its extrememly easy to set up and insert the ink cartiages. The slots for the ink cartiages are on the front right side of the printer, you just open up the little compartment and insert each ink cartiage (4 are required)..each slot is color coded so you should have no trouble mixing up the cartiages. The USB cord also has a secret compartment, you actually have to lift the scanner part and under neath you plug in the USB, difficult to explain, but its wonderful how did they it. I love the fact that on the printer itself there is a button which tells you how much ink you have, so you dont need a computer in order to see if you are running low on ink. The printer is very easy to use, if you want to print you just install the software, its as simple as that. If you want to copy, you select the copy button (which will light up green) and press the number amount of copies that you want. The scanner was incredibly easy, all you have to do is select the "scan" button and press ok..and it scans it to the computer, its amazing. I havent yet used the fax function, but Im sure it will be as easy as pie. Another great thing about this printer, is that even though it requires 4 cartiages, they arent expensive. I purchase my ink on a website which sells generic ink cartiages, and the ink for this printer is only $5.50 a cartiage...pretty good if you ask me.
Overall, the printer is worth the money...no complaints from me.
