G5 Could Be Better

The Bottom Line: If you are a PC user or business and thinking of getting G5... don't. The screen is just too average and there are the usual apple problems.
Review: As a PC user and one who is forced to work on one of these things i may be a bit biased. We just got a new G5 in our office and along with the usual apple/ driver problems of not being able to work with some of our printers.

Review: Early iMac G5 models were fraught with overheating, causing the computers to crash. However, iMacs built after June 2005 have these problems resolved. Check with the MacIntouch site for serial numbers if you need to buy a used model.

good solid desktop.

Review: I've had my iMac for about a year and a half. i've never had a single problem with it, ever. it's got the gorgeous design, a nice 17 inch widescreen, 2.0 ghz of power, and to top it all off, a huge 160 gig hd. well worth the 1,400 i paid for a year...
