Great GPS - simple and easy to use!

The Bottom Line: Definately buy this unit as the price is probably coming down and it's worth every penny- wish I'd bought two! (husband and I share)
Review: The Garmin Streetpilot C330 GPS is a very easygoing GPS - and it's ready to go right outta the box! You have to plug it in and let it acquire a satellite signal, a process which they say can take up to fifteen minutes but probably only took mine...

Navigation is okay. The problem is the anchor it swirls on.

Review: Very useful for pizza delivery boy. Ingenious suction cup. After about a month of use, the adjustable mechanism whereby the unit pivots lost its grip.

Now my unit just hangs down, all droopy. Thanks, Garmin.

The Bottom Line: If you're looking for something that's easy to use and don't mind that you can't keep it in your back pocket, buy this one. I love it.
Review: My quick take on it: It's perfect, as long as you don't want 'traffic reports' or the ability to play MP3's (some of the higher end ones do this.) You also won't want this one if you want it to be extremely portable.

Portable, always gets you there, worth the cost, charger is iffy

The Bottom Line: Could be faster finding satellites, map updates more often, and a feature to tell it a road is closed. Also naming some streets is difficult (like LBJ Fwy in Dallas).
Review: When I first got this GPS it was for a trip I was taking the next day. So I get it, plug it up, let it charge all night, get familiar with it, and realize aside from my neighborhood (which was new) it could get me virtually anywhere I needed to go...

The Bottom Line: Buy if if you have no choice; shop better, harder for competing brands, systems.
Review: While the benefits of buying a 'Plug'N'Play'-like GPS system are obvious--no messy, cumbersome downloads, and best of all, no costly, limiting cards to store parts of the whole, etc.---are strong, this model does not justify the slightly higher cost...

Very easy to use! Never get lost again

The Bottom Line: I highly recommend this unit for anyone not wanting to get lost ever again.
Review: I am horrible with sense of direction and make my husband very frustrated with how "navigationally challenged" I am when I drive. He recommended GPS like TomTom, and being a signing agent I can't depend on printing maps off MapQuest all the time...

The Bottom Line: Buy it! If you're looking for a basic GPS system & don't need bluetooth connectivity or traffic reports, this is the system for you.
