Zojirushi BBCC-X20 Bread Machine

Read many reviews b4 picking this one. (thanks to all of you) Didn't want 2 spend this much, but decided it'd be cheaper than wanting to upgrade later. I really wanted the larger loaf that this machine allows. The instruction books lets u know what can go wrong b4 u start so u can avoid mistakes. Be prepared to clear a large space where ever your going to keep it. But, make sure it's accessible, because you'll be using it often. It looks intimidating at first, but if you follow the BASIC instructions one by one, you'll be flying through and bravely moving on to more complicated sounding breads by your third loaf. I haven't tried jams yet. Don't try to "snap"in the paddles. They just go in easily and secure by the movement of the machine. Clean up is so easy. Soak for a couple minutes and any breadcrumbs will expand, wipe out with a soft cloth of paper towel.
