dissatisfied customer

I purchased this product on 10/17/06. I tried to install the software program, however, it want accept the serial number. Serial number is on the bottom of the product. I tried 20 times to key it in, but it still said invalid serial number. So it set up the demo. I paid for the pro. I do not want the demo. I am getting very angry with this product. I will be taking it back to the store, and I will not purchase anything made by your company anymore.
