Woodworking Projects for Do it Yourself Home Improvements

Date of Review:  Jan 12, 2005
The Bottom Line: This is a good magazine for home improvement but it would be nice if it was printed monthly and cost a little less.

Review: Workbench almost always used to feature some guy working hard at a tool of some sort. You could imagine the sawdust flying around, the whir of a motor, and the way debris was sticking to his flannel shirt. The last issue I received had a glossy...

Home Handyman Handbook!

Review: I have subscribed to Workbench magazine for several years now. I really enjoy reading this publication. It seems geared toward homeowners rather than hardcore woodworkers.
The articles in this magazine cover many things useful to the homeowner...

Date of Review:  May 23, 2000
Review: I recently got a little more serious about my woodworking and, as with all my hobbies, I found the need to gather as much information as possible. After searching the web for anything pertaining to woodworking, I was lead to Workbench magazine and...
