Great dishwasher with some bad design

We bought this dishwasher 5 months ago, and I'm ready to return it!  It's soo nice in many ways...the features, functions, it's quiet, it's pretty...BUT, the soap dispenser sticks A LOT and we have left over detergent in the dish.  We've tried all different kinds of detergent (including liquid), and if the dishwasher isn't loaded JUST right, or if I forget to turn the hot water on, or for whatever reason, it won't empty all the way and I have to do a rinse cycle!!  Which bugs me too because you can't do just a dry cycle...so, I'm left with drying dishes by hand.  URGH!  Also, the silverware rack is in the most ridiculous spot!!  If it's mounted on the door, you can't access it while loading unless you push in the lower rack.  Also, it is SO small and tall, so we can't fit much silverware in there.  I had to buy a smaller/bottle type rack for the upper rack to put or kid's silverware in to make room for regular silverware.  And, when you put the silverware basket on the counter to unload it, it doesn't stand up because the bottom is angled, so you have to lay it down, then the silverware falls out!!  It's just SO poorly designed it's ANNOYING!!  So, I love the features, but the cons are beginning to outweigh the pros!! :(
