horrible customer service

Pros: good tv for 18 months until it died

Cons: customer service has done nothing to help

Buyer beware. The Westinghouse customer service department has done an extremly poor job since my TV stopped working almost two months ago. As of today they still have no idea when I will be getting the TV back. No one at their customer service center has been helpful at all.
