Author's Review
I first saw Walk away the pounds when I got the VHS tape of the two mile workout from the library. I did it, and I was very pleased, so I bought the 2-in-1 DVD pack, with the 1 mile workout and the 2. I loved how easy it was, I didn't have to bother to learn complicated dance steps. I'm constantly trying to lose those extra ten pounds, and running is tiring, the gym is expensive, and I'm nor in great shape, flexible, or cordinated, so arobics are hard to follow. This is a slow-paced work out, for once, I actually enjoyed my work out! I didn't see amazing results, but I usually only do it once or twice a month, or after I've eaten a lot of fatty foods. The moves were easy, the only thing was that the instructor is annoying, and I've memorized everything that the women say on the tape, and when they say it, because I've done it so much. Or maybe that's just me. :)
