Read it at the Supermarket Checkout!!!

The Bottom Line: Don't buy it. Look at it at the supermarket check out or the library.
I have been reading "Vogue " magazine for years. I remember when the magazine featured Brooke Shields as a model and how so many girls envied her.
Vogue features tall, bone thin models dressed up in the latest designer clothes. Featured designers include: Halston, Yves st. Laurent, Ungaro, Jil Sander, Caroline Herrerra,Giorgio Armani, Calvin Klein and the list goes on.
Whenever I pick up the magazine I head straight for the fashion photographs which are usually in the back of the magazine. The clothes are different, colorful ,chic, and the models look gorgeous. I know most women are not built so tall and thin but I still enjoy looking at the photographs.
Other features include diet, exercise, art, and editorials. The articles are sometimes boring and long winded. I don't think most readers pay much attention to the articles.
Other features are articles about famous people and celebrities in each issue. I think allot of young and old women like to read "Vogue" for the fashion layouts. Most women however could not afford these clothes. Sometimes the clothes look outlandish and ridiculous too.
The magazine has been around a long time and it focuses on being fashion chic and trendy. There are also dozens of advertisements featuring fur coasts, watches, jewelry, salons, etc.
I pick up copies at my library.I like to read it at the Supermarket checkout. I would not buy this magazine.
