My viking, electric oven-griddle -6 burners, hasn't worked on and off for the past 6 months. When it was repaired last, about a month ago, the thermostat and preheat board were replaced, free of charge- even though I'm out of warranty. My Viking was purchased in 2003. The preheat board has been replaced 3 times in the past 6 months. Each time it works for about a month and then just dies. Once it goes, it heats to about 250. Nothing more.
Is anyone else having this problem with models purchased in or around 2003?
