Viking VCBB363L Refrigerator

My Viking leaked water until the last two repairs. A drip pan heater was installed. Water still leaked. On the second service call it was determined unit had been over charged when a defective serpentine coil was replaced a year or so ago. Over charging causes the lo-side line to ice up way passed the evaporator core. The ice builds up until the defrost cycle melts it and causes it to drip water on the floor. Water would puddle at the left rear corner. Since the heater plate and the over charge condition was handled I have not seen a leak. The repairs were made in December of 2006.

Somebody said they had a clicking issue when the main door was opened. Cause of this is upper hinge rubbing compressor compartment grill face. I made a slight adjustment on the grill and the click stopped.
