THE ONE PRODUCT I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT
Pros:
Beautiful, convenient, silky smooth
Cons:
None I can think of
The Bottom Line:
While, at first, this product seemed overpriced, I was amazed to see that I actually got more than my monies worth. I wouldn't use anything else.

Author's Review
2 years ago, I would never have thought I would say that. I was the 'purchase my make-up at discount store' woman. I just could never rationalize to myself spending $40.00 on make-up!!! I was never satisfied with ANY purchase. Then I met a friend who turned me on to this product. I purchased it for only $31.99, and it was the wisest money I've ever spent on any makeup product.
PACKAGING/LOOKS:
Compact is coal black and shiny. The mirror is large sized and makes it easy to see the whole face. Included in the box is a sponge that you will need. Inside the compact is a thin puff. There is also a clear plastic divider between the puff and product, I will explain later, but KEEP THIS!!!
USES:
Works as well as a foundation as it does as a pressed powder. The sponge applicator when used DAMP (not wet), allows you to use the product as a cover-up/foundation. While the small puff allows you to use the product all day for touch-ups.
MY EXPERIENCE:
One of the first things that I noticed was the smell. While not overpowering, it was clean and fresh. When I applied the product I found an extra bonus, the feel. It was satiny smooth. I enjoyed the feel of it on my face. It was not heavy, or sticky. As I live in a city where the humidity is sometimes 98%, I must have a light powder. Saying that, I must also say that the coverage was exceptional. Even the lighter shades had great coverage. I found that I did not have to apply as much of the product or apply it near as frequently. This allowed the product, which is .67oz, to last me for 8 months. As far as I am concerned that is a lot of bang for your buck!!!
HELPFUL HINTS:
-Always replace the plastic divider between the product and puff after each use. This keeps the oil from your face from contaminating powder. This will help prolong the life of your face powder.
-I have found that if I only get a portion of the sponge applicator damp-not wet- that I can use the other side for blending so that you have the sponge for foundation/cover-up work and the puff for dry/touch-up work.
