I LOVE THIS HUMIDIFIER!
Pros:
Good looking, effective, sturdy, easy to use
Cons:
Could use a wider range of humidity settings, cap can screw on too tight.
The Bottom Line:
I love this machine, I would recommend it to anybody. Very quiet, highly effective.

Author's Review
My old humidifier lasted a good 3 years, but it started to get creeky, the filters cost 15-20 bucks a pop, so I had to get a new one. I reviewed for humidifiers online, and found this nice looking model at bet bath and beyond. I went there and had a 20 dollars off coupon, and got it for 80 bucks. I wanted a machine that was large enough where i wouldnt have to fill it 20 times a week, one that was quiet, solid, and one that didnt get too dirty too often.
The tank is freakin HUGE! 2+ gallons. It lasts me every other day usually. It's very easy to fill as long as you have an empty sink around. Be careful when you screw the cap back on though. It doesnt leak or anything, but it's hard to unscrew sometimes. I find myself cursing at myself for screwing it on so tight the time before.
I forgot to mention that this humidifier comes with an electric guide. You can set the level of humidity you want, from 30 to 60, or Continuous to let it go forever. I've had mixed reviews with this. I've had it in 2 rooms at 2 different houses. At 60% in the one house, it doesnt get enough moisture into the air, and I often leave it on continuous. The problem with that is that it puts wayyy too much moisture into the air, and my book cover came away all curled up. :P I'll probably have to leave the door open next time. In the other house, it doesnt put enough moisture into the air, probably because it's just a bad room, not the machines fault.
The light is also pretty bright, i cover it with a shirt at night because otherwise it keeps me awake. It also has the option of warm or cold mist... and you can feel it with your hand right on top of the mister, but you cant tell the difference other than that, so i dont know why it has this option.
Plus this machine stays fairly clean. I haven't had any mineral deposits on or around it yet, and ive had it for 2 months. If I did, then I just take the little brush thingy thats located inside the machine and simply clean the little silver part. Haven't had to do it yet.
