it's a fun buggy!
Pros:
fun shape, good quality, versatile, price
Cons:
I wish the canopy was a 3 panel for more coverage.
The Bottom Line:
Very easy, fun to look at, the price is great. I gave it 4 stars - canopy should be bigger, but it is still very adequate protection.

Author's Review
As with my other reviews, I will restrain from copying manufacturers details. I would like to concentrate more on details and performance of the stroller in everyday life.
I really like the overall look of the RAD, it looks cool, is made of good quality materials, with frame being a brushed aluminum, which means that it minimizes nicks and scratches. It is quite light comparing to a Stroll Air Volant - the most similar stroller I found, and it is lighter. I found that the extendable handle was a nice change and made the stroller frame more streamlined which is probably a nice detail for minimalists. It does extend quite high, so if you have a short stride or long stride you will find the most comfortable adjustment. There are no shocks on the front wheels, but its not much of a problem, the stroller glides effortlesly on bumps, inclines, angled sidewalks, grass. the reversible seat is always a very welcome with new babies. The height of the seat is nice, higher than most strollers, but comparable to Uppababy, Stroll Air, Bertini, Bebecar. It is higher than the Bugaboo, but lower than Stokke. The seat base is comfortable for the baby, and toddler, the adjustable footrest is a nice feature with the bucket seat, and the back is quite high. It is similar to the Quinny Buzz. The canopy is rather smallish, and does not protect against sun when the seat is reclined with a small baby in it. I wish it was a 3 pane canopy like in prams, but this seems to be the trend. The harnes is easy adjustable with a textured belts, so they actualy stay at the lenght you fix them at, not sliding and extending by themselves. The andle of the seat can be set at 3 positions, sit up, 45*, and lie down. The front bar on the seat is better than in most strollers - it can open with a push of a button on either side and swings open - this is a very handy feature with snowboots, and bigger babies when putting them in and out of the stroller, and this in itself is a big headache for a lot of parents. The foot rest is covered with rubber, so it is durable and easy to clean, unlike im post strollers is is the same fabric all the way down to the muddy boots, and hard to clean in most - not here, just wibe and looks as good as new. The size of the foot rest is adequate for small babies, and 2-3 year old toddlers. The weight capacity is the same as most strollers at 40 lbs. This allows for the stroller to be used from the begining to the last days of the child using it. The bassinet is available for separate purchase and I would suggest buying it, since it is a much more comfortable and quiteer environement for a small child. the fabric of the seat, even though it porous, does not "attract" dirt, and cleans easily with just a sponge and water, you can wash it on luke warm and air dry. The foot abron/boot, fastens with velcro and is quite room to allow for a larger size child's boots. It is double lined, so I'm sure it will perform nicely in cooler weather, but if you live in a colder climates with severe winters, you should invest in a good stroller sleeping bag. The break on the stroller is centralized in the middle of the back bar between the back wheels and is the same as on Trimode, or Rebel models, it works by way of steping on the bottom part to lock it and the top part to unlock it - this kind of break saves on shoes, without them being scratched up. The break is very stable and secure. the basket is very large and will hold at least 4-5 grocery bags. The stroller lask the ever popular parent tray or teh baby tray - these are really not that safe since your hot coffe can still spill, and the childs tray never keeps those cherios or the sippy cup in place anyways. If you really must, there are options to buy a parent organiser or even child organiser that can be attached the the bars, these are available from third party, not Valco. There is a cup holder made for parents by Valco, and this one is trully the best I have used so far on any brand of strollers, so you may purchase this one, since it holds a 500 ml water bottle easily.
The folding of the stroller maybe tricky, since it's different than most, but after a couple of times it is very easiy and smooth. you can fold the stroller with or without the seat on, and placed in any direction. For added compact fold, you can take the seat off, and the back wheels off as well. it comes with it's own rain cover that fits snuggly and is made of thick, pliable plastic, so it should last.
Overall, I can compare the stroller to the Quinny Buzz, Stroll Air Volant - it is quite comfortable for the parent and roomy for the baby, so it will last. I believe the quality is substantial, and there are no fears of it breaking and falling apart before its lifeline ends. It is a very chic looking stroller, with a little all terrain capability, so it will handle any type of terran - smooth mall walkways, and bumpy grass very well. It is a good, fun ride with very cool blue shade, one that will not get boring or cheesy after a while. I would recomned this stroller to anyone who wants a little bit of everything and good performance, and likes something a little different.
