The Bottom Line: This stuff WORKS. You can go out without having your eyeshadow/liner disappear by midday. Even when it's hot out, you might be melting away, but your eyeshadow won't.
Review: I have only used one primer in the past (by L'Oreal), so I don't have much to compare this to, but I cannot imagine how any other primer could be better. The L'Oreal eyeshadow primer I tried was pretty useless- it was too thick, didn't dry quickly...
