Decent phone which CAN work with both VoIP and conventional phone service.

I have found this to be a well working phone. The sound quality is rather good on most calls, just a little echo sometimes. The range of the cordless handset is quite good. The programming choices can be a bit confusing at first, but they can be figured out pretty quickly. Instruction book is reasonably helpful. Additional handsets can be purchased.

I hesitated buying this phone for a long time because another reviewer said that there was a big problem using an internet (VoIP) line and a conventional (POTS) phone line together on this 2-line phone. That person may have some type of different phone configuration. In my own situation, there has been NO problem with the combination. I have a POTS line from Verizon, and a VoIP line from Optimum (Cablevision), and they work fine together on this phone.
