Surprisingly incompetent phone
Pros:
Inexpensive, good range and sound quality. 100 name phonebook.
Cons:
Can't do some very basic things like calling back a caller from the call log.
The Bottom Line:
This would be a very good phone if it didn't lack some very basic features. For this reason I cannot recommend it.

Author's Review
I bought this phone despite reviews that it had limited features such as no earphone jack, but when I received it, I just could not believe the very basic features that were lacking. On this phone, there is no way to get to your phonebook while a call is in progress so the phone cannot do "chain dialing" that you would use when you call an access number (for a phone card, for instance) and then want to enter the actual destination number from your phonebook. You must enter the destination number manually.
You also can't use your phone log to call back a party as you can do on every other caller ID phone I have ever seen. Because the phone does not give you a choice of 7, 10, or 11 digit dialing for each call and does not allow you to manually insert a "1" before making the call, area code calls will not go through. You can program the phone to put a "1" before EVERY call, but this will prevent you from making (even manually) a non-area code call, an international call, or even from calling 911 (which becomes 1911). These incompetences and the limited 2 line display destroys what would otherwise be a very good cordless phone with excellent sound quality, a very effective speakerphone, intuitive controls for the features that do exist, good range, and relatively long talk time.
