The review by Photoboxer is inaccurate and/or misleading. This is a "Tool-Less" computer case, meaning, you don't have to screw your CD-ROM or DVD-ROM or Hard Drive in. There are plastic 'rails' for drive bays, the thin ones are for the CD/DVD components and the wider ones are for the Hard Drive(s).
I have built 10 computers for myself, husband, family and friends over the past 10 years, as well as repairing many, many computers. I have experienced just about every type of computer case there is from Desktops to Towers. By far ... this is the best computer case, that I have ever worked with!!!
I love that it utilizes 120mm fans, both front and back. Now, the front fan can be confusing to install, when you first look at it. Some people have been known to completely remove the Hard Drive bay, to get the fan in ... that is not necessary. 'Pop" off the front bezel and then simply 'pop' the fan casing out, put in the 120mm fan and 'pop' it all back in. If, your fingers are large, have someone with smaller fingers do it for you. I happen to have small fingers, so, it was easy for me, once I figured out how to do it. The fan casing is much like the old AT Computer Cases, where most of them simply 'popped' out.
My computer is very, very quiet with the 120mm fans running and the Ultra 350W Power Supply that came with mine, is super quiet.
Should you wonder why shipping is on the 'high' side? The case weighs around 25 pounds, making it a solidly built case with plenty of room to move air around and to work in.
I recommend this case, highly.
