As an owner of one for the last three years, we at Hong Kong Trading Asian Food Inc 3820 Southside Blvd Jacksonville FL have customers who had theirs replaced after 35 years of use and came by to buy new ones. Others have bought to give as gifts to newly weds hopefully to last. We recently gave our Mom and Dad their first tiger rice cooker because they were complaining about the cheap one they bought because it continually burns and dries up their rice.
