Can't recommend ANY GE phone

Pros: Low-priced. Many features. Many models available.

Cons: NONE of them last very long, corded or cordless.

Just today, I had a power outage in my neighborhood. Completely blew out all of the phone's features (Caller ID, alarm clock, radio). Worse, another GE phone (cordless) in the house did the same. By contrast, the V-Tech phone continues to function as normal. GE phones are cheaply priced but not at all durable compared to their competitors. Steer clear or stock up.
