Beautiful but with problems

At the beginning of September, we bought this model to install in our newly remodeled kitchen. We have 6 burners and a griddle. The lights and oven thermometer in the middle front makes this range look sleek and sophisticated. The griddle is so much fun and healthier to cook with, I wish we had purchased the stove with only 4 burners and a larger griddle. We chose the Thermador over the Wolfe because of the looks and the star shape of the gas burners which provides more cooking area and even distribution of heat. But be careful. It is now after Thanksgiving and we have been without either ovens because of a defective cooling fan. The ovens shut off after a minute when we try to preheat. Because this is such a new model, Thermador's explanation is that the distribution centers do not have adequate parts. So if you buy a Thermador, make sure everything is working properly before the installers leave your house.
