I love Jimmy Fallon!

For those who have never heard of Jimmy Fallon, or maybe just aren't familiar with him, he is a comedian who stars on Saturday Night Live. This is his first CD release.
I bought this CD because I love him on SNL and I have always thought he was such a cutie. LOL, well anyways...

The first part of the CD is Jimmy's songs. They are:

Songs
Idiot Boyfriend- on this song, Jimmy sings with such a high pitched voice, it almost seems like he is trying to sound like Michael Jackson, but in a funny way. If you have seen the video, in one of the scenes Jimmy looks like he is dressed up like him. The song is funny, catchy, and very upbeat.

(I Can't Play)Basktball- Jimmy's hilarious approach to rap. He sure doesn't sound like your everyday rapper in this song. I'm sure that was what he was going for, just to add to the humor. It worked!

Drinking in the Woods- this song is slower, with a country sound to it. Jimmy really doesn't want to go drink in the woods, and this song explains why.

Road Rage & Snowball- the sound in these two songs are both hard rock. Road Rage is really cool and I'm sure many people
can relate to it. Snowball is my least favorite because it just isn't as clever as the other songs on the CD.

Stand Up:
Most of Jimmy's stand up is either about experiences while in college or makes jokes about some celebrities.

Troll Doll Celebrities- Jimmy's impressions of celebrities are amazing! He does John Travolta, Jerry Seinfeld, Robin Williams, Adam Sandler, and a few others. He does a great job on this one.

Troll Doll Jingles- same subject as Troll Doll Celebrities except he impersonates musicians such as Dave Matthews, Coldplay, Counting Crows, U2, Alanis Morissette and REM. He does a great job on all of them except Alanis. It just was not as funny and he didn't sound anything like her, compared to how he sounded on the others.

Hammertime- Jimmy' medley of his versions of famous 80's songs.

As for the rest of the stand-up, I can't really explain it without giving much of it away, and I don't want to do that. But, it's all great and those who have already completed college should really appreciate it.
