Closest to restaurant power at home

Date of Review:  Jan 11, 2009
The Bottom Line: A simply beautiful and powerful cooking tool for daily use, an excellent alternative to the many overpriced built-for-looks ranges.

Big Box of Fire - A sturdy performer

Date of Review:  Mar 6, 2008
The Bottom Line: An excellent product that should last a lifetime - leave it to the kids. Top quality as long as you know what you're getting.
Review: Having had a bad experience over the course of seven years with a Dacor Dual Fuel, I decided that a back to basics stove was needed. I looked at Wolf, DCS, BlueStar, Thermador and Viking plus a few more. In the end I decided on BlueStar and am glad...

Bluestar

Date of Review:  May 25, 2008
Review: This range is probably OK for restaurant but not for home. It is not designed properly for an elegant kitchen. It does not have the functionalities like a good distribution of burners, timer, high-to-low settings, self cleaning oven, proper...

Forget BlueStar

Date of Review:  May 27, 2009
The Bottom Line: Poor quality.  Unreliable service.  It is useless if it does not work
Review: I purchased a new Bluestar range because I love to cook and I wanted the 22K BTUs.  l also liked the way the range looked.  Unfortunately the range leaked gas from the minute it was installed.  Bluestar has had repairmen out on numerous occations,...
