Before Soul Calibur, Soul Blade was THE fighter and so the roots of Soul Claibur were born! Soulblade is the most solid and addicting game ever! Not just for the fighting genre. I mean with everything! When my friend brought it over he said to try the game. I didn't like fighting games much but I gave it a try anyway. It turned out that in an instant this was my favorite game of all time! So the first thing I did was get off my lazy but I buy this game! I will tell you why this game is so fun and I hope it will help you in your decsision to whether you will buy this game or not.
Control. This is the first thing I'll review. Control is one of the most important things that helps you get through the game. It can make a good game go bad. But no need to worry, Soul Blade is a fast paced action game with easy control to beat everyone up! Very easy to learn.
Overall, Great control, fast to learn. And moves very fast also.
Graphics. Soul Blade has very smooth graphics! Personally I think they are better than Tekken 3's! Fast frame rate! Choppy isn't a word in Soul Blade's dictonary. Soul Blade really takes advantage of the Playstation's abilities. Namco did a great job with the graphics!
Overall, smooth graphics and fast frame rate. Great!
Sound. Keeps you in the action! If only I had surround sound! Great sound very impressive! What more need there be said?

Fun factor. By the looks of it, the game looks great right? Right! Addictive gameplay, fast paced action and smooth graphics will be leaving you craving for more. You will be glued to your TV for hours! I got in a fight for hoggin the game in a store! Thats how good it is. When you are finished, go for Soul Claibur... AND it is a mere $20 so there is no excuse why you can't get this game!
