Great for Filming

The Bottom Line: If u can find a good working VX1000 get it! It is a very good camera and is great for getting into film.

Good used buy, if price is right!

The Bottom Line: There are better cams out there, but costing loads more, buy from a dealer with a warranty of some sort.
Review: This was the worlds first minidv camcorder, the one that set the mould (compare it to the present day vx2100 and canon xm2, nit an awful lot has changed).

Review: I bought my vx-1000 on my 15th bday for filming skateboarding and im so happy i did. its done really well and hasnt given me much of a problem. its simple to understand and work but has awsome picture and sound.
