Review: One of the worst microwave we ever own had to replace turntable motor twice, Customer service is no help at all.
We bought this microwave 8/30/2001. It has been trouble right from the time we bought from Lowes and they were no help to us either.

Poor quality, breaks often, repair expensive, Sharp unresponsive

The Bottom Line: Avoid this product. I would also recommend avoiding any product that is built, has components of or associated with SHARP.
Review: Would not recommend this Microwave at all. It has good features and we like the convection cooking, but the down sides make it not worthwhile to own.

Downsides:
1) Breaks often. It blows an internal fuse that Sharp has placed behind...

SHARP MICRO/CONVECTION OVEN IS GREAT

The Bottom Line: The ease of cooking is very convenient, on holidays it makes everything easier. Hard to find these but worth it.
Review: I have had 2 of these ovens, boy do I love it! But the first one after a year broke, the turntable spindle stripped out, had the warranty but they told me it couldn't be fixed. My husband and I loved it so much I spent days trying to find another...

Bit the bullet...

The Bottom Line: So far, I like the oven. I hope Sharp has fixed some of their gremlins.
Review: After using Sharp convection/microwave ovens for over 20 years I decided to buy one for myself. I stuck with Sharp because of their familiarity...they are all practically the same in programming and functions. I won't go into all the boring details...
