Cheaper than Madden, and just as good.

Graphics, complete control, options, options, options!

People don't look at it because it doesen't say "Madden" on it.

My wife bought this game for my son (15) and I as I indicated that I'd like the new Madden game, but with it being $50.00 at BestBuy I refused to consider it when it will be $5.00 on the internet in 4 months.
As an alternative, we looked at 2K5. I have 2K1 and liked that game well enough, and for $20.00, it was worth the chance. Overall, it is fantastic. There are all kinds of customizations and choices having to do with trades and drafts, lineups, etc. It truly simulates a real world situation concerning managing a pro football team.
The game itself has graphics as good as Madden, and this one has more control as far as defense (my specialty) than 2K1 could hope for.
I could spend a few pages describing the specifics of the game, but it is best summed up this way:
If you like Madden, this is just as good for $30.00 less!
