Well worth it, in spite of horrible backlight bleedthrough
Pros:
Great view, color quality, small frame.
Cons:
Bad backlight bleed-through. Plugging in cables can be hard.
The Bottom Line:
I only recommend this monitor if you can't find a comparable one without the backlight bleed-through, or if it doesn't bother you. Otherwise, quality is very good.

Author's Review
I bought this about 10 months ago (Fall 2006) and am just now getting around to the review.
Before I bought it at OfficeMax for $400, I read reviews online about this model which warned of the backlight bleed-through. I decided that I would risk it for the sake of having the big screen, and I honestly have never regretted it. (newer productions of this model may not have this problem)
Sure, the bleed-through is bad, but you do get used to it, and the movies and games and even web surfing with Opera's dynamic zoom feature are great.
Some of the other 22" LCD's out there have larger cases and bases, which make them appear 'bigger', but I'm plenty happy with the smaller area that mine takes up.
Others have said that the cables are a bit hard to plug in, and I agree, but that's not a huge deal.
One thing I have had 'trouble' with, but which doesn't seem to have actually caused any real trouble, is that Windows XP is sketchy about picking up the driver/monitor. I can install and select and reselect the right one, but WinXP sometimes sets it as a 'hi res television', or something to that effect.
With my new Nvidia card, it seems to have picked it up ok though. But either way, resolution and quality are the same.
