This is a good, basic diaper pail.

The Safety First odor-less pail has lived up to my expectation for the last 9 months. Using a normal trash can wasn't working for us. To throw a diaper away all that you need to do is press a small button which only requires one finger. You then place the diaper in the hole and close the lid. There is a small round peice that aids the diaper in ging through the hole. It is simple to change the trash bag out also. You just lift the lid, pull out the bag full of diapers and throw out. You don't need to purchase any expensive diaper pail bags, You don't have to put the bag in a cetain way. There is a disk that fits in the top of the lid. This is what keeps the odor to a minimum. I personally use stick ups. They seem to last longer than the disk and I enjoy the smell of my stick-ups better. I couldn't ask for another diaper pail that could be more simple and inexpensive.
