Cons: Doesn't scramble any signal and I mean any signal.

The product doesn't work. It is illegal to jam Radar in all 50 States. Jail time in some states if you mention that you own one in court for your defense. Many sites seem to be telling the truth. Search Rocky Mountain Radar in Google and look through the first ten pages, look for reviews. Here's one http://www.consumersearch.com/www/automotive/radar-detectors/index.html
