You know what your getting
Pros:
the deleted scenes, abilty to watch more than 15 min at a time and price
Cons:
more shows in a season would have been nice, the run-time leaves you wanting
The Bottom Line:
if you like the show, then get season one on dvd. cause one 15 minute episodes at a time on tv just won't get you your fix.

Author's Review
If you've seen the show then you know what your buying. If you've never seen the show then take the opportunity to watch an episode or 2 on cartoon network, because for most people it's a "like it or hate it" kinda show, for some it just seems completely mindless and pointless. The show features what are basically sketches performed with dolls and clay-mation using stop motion animation. The content is rather varied, but is often times the same crude humor that is featured in many other of cartoon networks' adult swim shows. The shows spends alot of time mocking current pop-culture figures such as brittany spears and jessica simpson. Sometimes it's crude, often it's random and it's always off-beat. the glaring problem for me with the show is the length of the episodes, by the time i get into it, the show is over. Having the show on DVD helps to fix that problem very effectively. The deleted and extended sketches are my favorite part of the dvd set, and i was happy to see them included, and there are plenty of them, probably enough to make another 2-3 episodes. i would highly recommend the dvd set to any fan of the show, being able to watch more than 15 minutes at a time is well worth the purchase price. speaking of price, the $25 dollar price tag is very reasonable. it carried the lowest price tag for a season of any tv show that i was interested in at wal-mart. The only negative for me was the fact that after all is said and done, there isn't that much show here. without commercials, the intro and credits it brings each episode to around 8-10 minutes, which makes for a relatively short dvd experience. but you could always watch it again....and again....and again.
