Excellent quality at a good price.

I purchased this TV 8/16/2003 from Circuit City. I have had no problems with this TV as of the date of 3/13/2005. Anyone familiar with the TV area of the store at Circuit City knows that several televisions are usually set-up side by side for customers to compare sound and picture quality. The picture quality was as good as the other 32 inch television sets by companies such as Sony, Magnavox, Panasonic and JVC. I also liked the sound from the speakers. In addition to regular stereo sound, expanded stereo sound is a menu choice. Cosmetically, I like the fact that the speakers are located at the sides of the television tube instead of below it. Also, video game systems can be connected to the AV connections at the back of the TV and at the lower left side of the TV. There is a VPORT jack designed for the XBOX sysem though other components can be connected to the TV via this jack. Lastly, this TV comes with the Guide Plus system which lists TV schedules in my area, can be programmed to block or list specific content themes as well control my cable box and VCR.
