Not for those with 2 Left Feet
Pros:
Good cardio burn.
Cons:
Not really good for small or carpeted spaces.
The Bottom Line:
If you're interested in learning hip-hop, and can pick up moves quickly, then this might just be for you. If you suffer from two-left feet, and no rhythm/coordination, pass.

Author's Review
This Quick Fix offers three 10-minute workouts, with the DVD offering a fourth 10-minute bonus workout.
Each 10-minute segment introduces you to hip-hop style dance steps.
Along with the instructor, are two students. One of the students demonstrates modified versions of the moves.
Although this is a good calorie burn - 9 calories per minute (for myself), I'm not a big fan.
In previous Quick Fix workouts you were allowed to combine the workouts in any fashion you desired. Not so with this one. You can choose either one or all - that's it. So this DVD is not nearly as versatile as Quick Fix Yoga + Pilates, or Quick Fix Toning.
Some of the moves are hard to do on carpeted surfaces. And some require a good amount of room to move.
Also, because the workouts are only 10 minutes, you get a very brief overview of the moves before they're combined. I think you actually go through each move one to three times, learn a new move, go through it one to three times, then add them together. You go through the whole routine two to three times, then a very brief cool-down.
If you're interested in learning hip-hop, and can pick up moves quickly, then this might just be for you. If you suffer from two-left feet, and no rhythm/coordination, pass.
