Great Reel - When it Works

Bought 2 Kinetic PTi (40) spinning reels - one for my wife and one for me. Took them on a flyin to Manitoba and loved them. Until the third day when the bail screw came out and rendered my wife's useless. We had the screw, but it could not be tightened with either a regular or a philips screw driver. Next day I landed a fish and noticed some parts in the bottom of the boat. Yes, they were from my reel. Fortunately all of the parts were in the boat and I was able to get back fishing. Bottom line is I loved the way the reels worked, but I am returning them because (1) I had two fail in four days and (2) they are not conducive to fixing on the water if you do have an issue.
