An Improvement over PGR 3

The Bottom Line: Bizarre Creations has improved upon PGR3. With double the tracks, great weather effects/physics and 50% more cars, this game deserves a racing fans attention.

A lot like PGR3, with some new tricks.  Unfortunately, the new tricks are hit and miss, so not enough of an improvement to vault it pass its predecessor.
