The Power

The amp that powers four 12 inch subs running mono in my Honda. When we installed the Amp we grouped both pairs of 12's (DVC) in series. After the amp was easily installed we figured I am pushing a little over 400 watts per 12 at 1 ohm. That is a good amount of power for this mono amp.

The negative things I have found with this amp-
1. it was placed in the hatch of my car screwed down. The vibration from the subs vibrated the amp so much that two of the resistor connectors inside of the amp broke and the amp quit producing sound. It took me a few days to get the amp fixed but they had to put a little extra type of silicon inside of the amp to hold the resistor connections from breaking in the future.
2. When I bought the amp it didn't come with all the hex head tools it said it would. I only received one of them.

The positive side of this amp- I am going to purchase another one of these amps to bridge them together. I like the fact that they are made to do this. This amp has helped me gain some recognition in the amateur class here in Omaha. I have had many people asking what I am using to power my subs when I have gone to local competitions. Some people are amazed from the power that Power Acoustik has given this amp.
